Titan Industrial Park: Schertz - Building 1 is a 187,674 SF speculative industrial building. The building is the second joint venture with Robinson Weeks Partners in the San Antonio area. Robinson Weeks Partners are 35-year veterans of the industrial real estate market.
Located along the I-35 corridor between San Antonio and Austin, this project meets a growing need in the north San Antonio industrial area for smaller spaces ranging in size from 20,000-40,000 SF. This size industrial building is growing at approximately 17% per year in the San Antonio market. Current vacancy in this sub-market is less than 8%. The existing buildings in the industrial park were developed to accommodate larger users, providing some diversity of tenant base and demand within Titan Industrial Park: Schertz.
