Watercrest of Columbia represents the first opportunistic project for the Fund.
Watercrest Senior Living will act as developer and operator for this community. The Watercrest team has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. The population is expected to grow in this area by approximately seven percent over the next five years; approximately three percent higher than the projected national growth rate.
By partnering with Watercrest, TDREF I leverages Watercrest’s three primary strengths: local knowledge, experience, and a previously completed underwriting process that will increase speed to market and reduce costs.
