Watercrest Winter Park represents the second opportunistic project for the Fund. Watercrest Senior Living will act as developer and operator for this community. The Watercrest team has over 20 years of experience in the senior living industry. The population is expected to grow in this area approximately 4% higher than the projected national growth rate.
The assisted living common area includes a salon, bar area, private dining, community dining, children’s play area, therapy room and an exterior fountain and outdoor pool. The memory care common area incorporates the Market Street concept with a family room, salon, bakery and public dining area.
